Learning From My Gaming Blunders

Thursday, 5. January 2023

I have been gaming on the internet or at brick and mortar gambling dens for a lot of years. I have learned, the craving usually will grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it up till you are bankrupt. Especially if you are on a scoring streak. I have been through many thousands of clams in just a tiny period of time and even today, I sometimes go too long. It seems you are only having fun until you make a decision to pay attention to your losses and the blame sets in, and of course you continue telling yourself "I could earn the cash back" ad nauseam. It never works. Then you get sick to your stomach and the more you try the quicker you lose.

When you see that you are up, STAY on the UP! When you start to relinquish, don’t tell yourself, "well just maybe 1 more" and again and again, believe me, this technique RARELY ever works. Say you plan on playing on one armed bandits, have an amount set aside before beginning your action. DON’T exceed this limit, no matter how appealing. If you happen to profit, put that in an alternate pot. Don’t bet your payouts regardless of what happens. Once you have gambled through your original determine threshold, stop. Leave, whether it’s on the web or at a real life gambling den, don’t stick at the tables or machines. Always remember, there will be another day, another time. Clearly, this scheme is able to work for any game that you bet on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.

Keep in mind, gambling is supposed to be delightful not exhausting, appalling work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you can’t afford the hit, do not ever start.
