Do Not Drink … Play!
Saturday, 17. December 2022
If you like to have a beer every so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your handbag, your billfold, and leave all money, charge cards and checkbooks back at the hotel. Pack only the money you intend to use on alcohol, tipping and only the pocket change you anticipate to burn and leave the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You might have a success following a boozy evening out with your comrades and be blessed enough to hook a long roll at a hot craps table. Keep that account seeing that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and wager. The two simply do not go well together.
Keeping your moola at home might be a little bit excessive, but preventative actions for drastic actions is a requirement. If you wager to profit, then don’t drink and play. If you like to burn your $$$$ nary a concern, then drink all the gratis alcohol your stomach can handle, but don’t take charge cards and cheques to throw into the mix of following losses after your befuddled self throws away every little thing!
Allow me to take this a single step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then jump on the internet to play in your best-liked casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my domicile, but seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t drink and gamble.
How come? Despite the fact that I don’t drink to excess, once I consume alcohol, it is clearly adequate to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I do not consume alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not wager when you do. Both make for an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
