A tinier Iowa casino is the Diamond Jo, a riverboat gambling den in Dubuque, with 17,813 square feet, 776 slot machines, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend water based, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 square feet, 535 one armed bandits, and 14 table games. An additional Iowa paddle wheel boat gambling hall, The Isle of Capri, is open never closes, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 one armed bandits, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 sq.ft. paddle wheel boat gambling den in Clinton, has 506 slot machines, 14 table games, live entertainment, and Thursday vingt-et-un matches.
Iowa casinos provide an excellent amount of tax revenue to the commonwealth of Iowa, which has allowed the budgeting of a good many state wide activities. Visitors have grown at a fast percentage along with the demand for processors and a gain in employment. Iowa gambling dens have contributed to the advancement of the economy, and the affection for gaming in Iowa is across the board.
